There's been a major casting change in Maidaan.
Amit Ravindernath Sharma had cast the National Award-winner Keerthy Suresh opposite Ajay Devgn in the sports biopic, but she has exited the movie after completing one schedule. There are two contrasting reports about why Keerthy exited the building. While one claims it was a date issue, there are whispers that Amit thought she looked too young to play a mother. Whatever the reason, Keerthy’s been replaced by her fellow South Indian face Priyamani. Let’s hope it works for Maidaan.
