Grievance Redressal Mechanism

If the viewer has any grievance or complaint with respect to any programme telecast on any of our channels, the same can be sent to our Grievance Officer at grievanceofficer@b4uworld.com or by post to Grievance Officer, B4U Broadband (India) Private Limited, Plot No. 114, Road No. 15, Next to SRL Ranbaxy, MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 093 by giving the following information:

Reason of the complaint 

Reasons as to why the viewer feels that the particular programme was not in compliance with the Programming Code under the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994.
